What’s Covered

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty specifically covers manufacturer defects. If your product fails due to a design, material, or build issue, we’ll replace it. This includes:

• Structural Integrity: Cracks or fractures in the base material occurring under intended use.
• Water intrusion: Water build up in the inside of the part not being remove by interal venting.
• Material Failure: Wiring failure or delamination that should not happen under normal conditions.

What’s Not Covered

• Everyday Wear and Tear: Fading, thinning, or "life happening" over years of use.
• Impact and Accidents: Damage from crashes, racing, or off-road abuse.
• DIY Fixes: Damage caused by improper installation, over-torquing, or unauthorized modifications.
• Cosmetics: Surface scratches, rock chips, or UV fading.
• Lost or Stolen Items: We miss them too, but we can't replace what isn't there.

Zero-Cost Claims Process

If you've got a defect, we don't want you to pay a dime to fix it. We cover all shipping costs for valid warranty claims.

2. The Review: Our team will review the photos to confirm it's a manufacturing defect.
3. Pre-Paid Label: Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send the defective part back to us (if required).
4. Fast Replacement: We’ll ship your replacement item ASAP at no cost to you.

A Few Quick Notes

• Original Purchaser: Warranty applies to the original buyer only and is non-transferable.
• One-Time Replacement: This covers a one-time replacement for the product’s lifetime.
• Final Call: Manufacturer defect determination is at our discretion—we always aim to be fair, but we have to be thorough!
