Shipping & Delivery Guide

Fast Processing

Same-Day Shipping Cut-off: All in-stock orders are processed the same day when placed by 2:00 PM (Local Warehouse Time), Monday through Friday.

Note: Because we ship from 7 locations across the country, the cutoff is based on the specific time zone of the warehouse fulfilling your order. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been picked up by our carriers (typically UPS or FedEx), transit times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days. Shipping cost varies by item and is calculated at checkout.
  • Shipping Costs: Based on the weight and dimensions of the specific auto part.

Tracking Your Order

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order directly through our Track Order page.

Delivery Destinations

Commercial: Delivered Monday–Friday.
Residential: Eligible for Saturday delivery.

Shipping Restrictions & Limitations

Geographic Coverage

We currently only ship to the lower 48 states. We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico at this time.

Address Types

To ensure successful delivery, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, personal mailboxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Cancellations

Any orders placed with restricted addresses or locations outside our shipping zone will be cancelled.
