Product Requirements – What We Can Match
- Same Same: The product must be exactly the same-same manufacturer, same part number. No mix-and-match shenanigans!
- In Stock: The item must be brand-new and ready to ship.
- Current Deal: The competitor’s price must be currently advertised. Old deals don’t count!
- Where You Live: Price matching is only available for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. (sorry, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ✈️).
Exclusions – What We Can’t Match
Some things are off-limits:
- Other Promotions: Can’t be combined with our other promotions.
- Special Pricing / Sales: No price match for:
- Rebates
- Employee discounts
- Liquidations
- Volume-based discounts (applies only to single-unit retail price)
- Competitors & Platforms: We can’t match:
- Membership-only retailers
- Wholesaler pricing
Post-Purchase Conditions – Timing Is Everything
- 30-Day Window: Your purchase must have been made within the last 30 days.
- Proof, Please: You’ll need to provide an original order confirmation.
Our Rights – Keeping Things Fair
- Limit the number of price match requests per customer
- Decline price matches if we suspect fraud or an inaccurate listing
- Decide which retailers qualify as a competitor
