CrashParts.com is the online store of Performance Depot LLC, based in Pompano Beach, Florida. We specialize in crash body parts - headlights, tail lights, fenders, bumpers, grilles, mirrors, and more - for a wide range of vehicle makes and models. We ship directly from our warehouses to your door.
All in-stock orders placed by 2:00 PM (local warehouse time), Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days via UPS or FedEx.
We ship to the lower 48 United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, personal mailboxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed to restricted addresses will be automatically cancelled.
Shipping cost is calculated per item and displayed at checkout. Commercial addresses receive Monday–Friday delivery, and residential addresses are eligible for Saturday delivery.
Every part in our inventory is cataloged to match vehicle specifications for specific year, make, and model combinations. Use our vehicle finder tool on the website to select your exact vehicle and see only compatible parts. All of our parts come with a Guaranteed to Fit promise - if a part doesn't fit your vehicle as specified, we'll make it right.
Left and right are determined from the driver's perspective while sitting inside the vehicle. The left side is the driver's side, and the right side is the passenger's side. If you're unsure, check your vehicle or contact our support team and we'll help you identify the correct part.
We offer a 90-day Money-Back Guarantee. If you need to return a part, simply log into your account, go to Order History, and click "Return Item." We cover all return shipping costs - you pay nothing to send it back. Parts must be in their original, uninstalled condition and in the manufacturer's packaging. We cannot accept returns on parts that have been painted, modified, or installed. Once we receive and verify the return, your refund is processed within 3 business days.

Yes. All parts come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturer defects including cracks or fractures in the base material, internal wiring failures, water intrusion, and delamination. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accident damage, installation errors, modifications, or cosmetic damage like scratches. To file a claim, email us your order number and photos - if approved, we cover the full cost of the replacement part and all shipping. See our Warranty page for full details.
CAPA (Certified Automotive Parts Association) is an independent organization that tests and certifies aftermarket crash parts to ensure they meet original equipment standards for fit, form, and function. CAPA-certified parts on our site are clearly labeled so you can choose parts that meet the highest quality benchmarks. Many insurance companies prefer or require CAPA-certified parts for collision repairs.
Yes. If you find the exact same part - same manufacturer, same part number - at a lower price from another retailer, we'll match it. The competitor's item must be brand-new, currently in stock, and advertised at the lower price. You have up to 30 days from your purchase to submit a price match request. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and visiting your Order History. Tracking updates are provided by UPS or FedEx depending on the carrier assigned to your shipment.
